Usage Based Services and Fees

The Services and fees outlined below are billed in arrears based on actual usage and are applicable only when specifically requested or incurred by Client. Charges for Usage-Based Services are separate from and in addition to any Subscription Fees specified in the Order Form, or subscription tier adjustments related to employee count or other usage metrics.
HR for Health reserves the right to modify these fees at its sole discretion. Any updates will become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the applicable services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised fees.
For Services requiring a custom quote, pricing will be mutually agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of the Service.

HR for Health frequently supports Clients with other Services such as Strategic Human Resource Consulting, Compliance Consulting, 401(k) Benefit Administration, Workers’ Compensation Insurance Administration, Health Insurance Coordination, Legal Consultation, and Tax and Accounting Reporting. These Services are offered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to custom-quoted pricing based on the specific needs and scope of each engagement.
